How to lose weight in harmony with your body.

Summer is coming and we all getting excited about it after the long winter. We stand infront of the mirror and see all the parts of our body and realise that over the winter that we have put some weight on.
We can see our body is not as in good shape as it was before winter.
You look at the bikini you bought for the beach and you realise that you will need to get back into shape if you ever want to wear it.
You run to the chemist shop and stock up on weight loss pills hoping that you will be back to your ideal weight and shape as soon as possible.
After a few weeks of taking the pills you realise that they are not having the desired effect and wonder to your self where you went wrong, having followed all of the instructions to the letter.
You start feeling hopeless, stressed. Is there anything What you can do? I can assure you there is always something you can do! Sitting and crying about it won’t help you at all. I hope that you find in this article what you looking for.
Why are we facing the weight problems?
Before we start with any diet or any weight loss programe, we should think of some aspects which have caused the weight imbalance.
1/ Way of life
Are you working full time? You get into the office at 9am in the morning and the work getscrazy. You sit in the office, working on a computer and being distracted all the time with a ringing phone, your collegue comes to ask you to help him with something important.
You rush around the office to be able to cover all of the work that needs done,
On your lunch break you run into a fast food joint and eat something just to keep you going.
No matter if it’s healthy,you just eat because you are hungry. After lunch you run back to the office and work until the end of your shift.
On the way home you are totally exhausted and tired so you just go into a local shop and look for a quick meal something easy to cook preferably in your microwave oven.
At home you put your dinner into microvave oven and have a shower.
After you shower you feel more relaxed so you také out the food from microwave oven, put it on a plate.
Then you sit on a chair, eating your dinner and watching TV. You watch TV for a while and you take a notion to eat something sweet. After a long day you deserve it so you take a chocolate bar to treat yourself. After few hours of watching TV you go to bed to get some sleep.

2/ Health
Health, sometimes illness can over rule any dietary plans that we have, during times that we are ill losing weight can be dangerous and our strict diet goes out of the window. Some illnesses can also cause us to gain weight but it is better to wait until the illness has passed before we go back onto our weight loss regime.
Diabetes- is an illness which needs medical treatment and we all know, the pills always have some effects on our body.
Thyroid- when thyroid does not work well it is hard to make your hormones work well.
Immune system – If your Immune system is weak, you body cannot work well, therefore some chemical proceses in your body might not work well.
Digestive tract – If this part of your body is not working well, the food is not melt properly, means the food just walk trough your body.
Gender- Are you male or female?
Womans hormones work differently from males. For that reason males tend to get more fat on their belly than anywhere else on their body’s
Women on the other hand get fat that can appear all over their body, bums, tums and thighs.
Bad habits
Smoking – Do you smoke 20 cigarets per day?
Do you think your body likes it?
Do you think if you are an active smoker your body has enough will power to deal with the changes you are going to make? If your body is full of tar and nicotine, most probably you would need to detoxicate before you try any healthy way of weight loss.
Sleep - How many hours do you sleep? Your body needs at least 7 hours of quality sleep. It means a sleep without any distraction, so your body can relax and get stronger for the next day.
Do you sleep for less then 7 hours? It means you are not going to feel well and you won’t have enough energy to get trough the day. Tired in the office means, you will be in stress and your body will store all the fat in your body.
Dehydration - We are advised to drink 2.5 -3 liters of pure water every day.
That is a lot of water, but your body quickly gets used the amount.

If you do not drink enough your body gets dehydrated and all the toxins have a party in your body.
100% pure fruit juices are also good to detoxicate your body. Drink as much as you can. No neet to drink a lot in a one time, just drink a lot in a small amounts during the day.
Excercise – Do you excercise your body? You know your body is full of muscles which need to be stimulated by moving. Ok, you might say I am too busy to be able to go to the gym. Fair enough-I would say-Walk everywhere you can, use stairs instead of the lift, whille sitting in office stretch yourself. Those are things we all can do.
As you can see there are many things we do that are not helpful at all. If you wish to lose some weight you better work on them and change them.

These days if you are not stick thin you are classed as unhealthy. At least that is what the manufacturers of weight loss products like you to think. Do we really need to be stick thin or are we healthier...
Final count down about healthy eating.
1/ Drink, drink and drink
Forget all about drinks which you can buy in store. Mostly they contain a lot of sugar. Even a sugar free drinks such as coke, pepsi and energy drinks contain substances which are not suitable for healthy living and makes you dehydrate.
Pure water – if possible drink pure water. If you cannot drink pure water, you can drink pure fruit juices to make an energy and vitamin bomb for your body. If you are lazy Tea is a good solution as well. Tea without sugar of course. Drink about 3 litres per day. A good way of adding water into your body is to eat soup at lunchtime. Water takes all the toxins out of your body. Water is the main pillar!
2/ Move
I know we talked about it. I just want you to understand that without moving you won’t lose weight. Your body needs to move and that does not not always mean you have to become a ferret. When the weather is nice take a nice long walk in a park. Use dog or your partner as support. Avoid car as much as you can out of your life. Walk to work if it is a walk distance. Start loving stairs rather then lift. Dance trough life with your partner. Be support to each other!
3/ Fiber up yourself
FiberFood- You might add into your daily menu fruits, vegetables and cereals. Do you need to know why? Fiber from this food will please your digestive system. As we learned before digestive system is very important. Thanks to fiber it will work better and you will get all the vitamins and minerals you need to feed your body.
4/ Eat regularly
It is the main key!!!!! It is well recommended that we need to eat at least 5 times a day. Do not ever feel hungry. If you not eat in a small amounts a few times a day you never lose weight.
If you eat only when your body is dying of hunger, once you eat, your body will store it all under your skin. Do not let your body suffer. If you eat in a small amounts regularly, your digestive system will work all the time and the process of fat burning will be still on.
Actually the only important thing is not How often do you eat per day, but what you eat per day. You dont need to eat just 5 times a day, it can be even more. Just keep your body working not stuffing!
5/ Proteins
We all need proteins! They are very good for building our body. Always look for a food with a high proteins quality. Proteins fill you up and are healthier than fat and sugar. Proteins help burn the fat boys in your body faster! So get them into your body to work for you.
6/ Carbohydrates
Avoid them as much as you can carbohydrates are used more to help underweight people to gain weight and body builders use them to build up their muscles. Carbohydrates are good in very small quantities if you are trying to lose weight because they give you a small energy boost.

Thanks Lizzy - I really should diet. Weighed myself yesterday for the first time in eight months and found I had put on 4 kilo. Then last night I went to dinner with an Italian friend. She cooks like and angel but like a devil she produces endless amounts of food and insists eat eat eat. I could scarcely move afterwards.
