These ladies are national treasures of the Czech Republic. They all are beautiful. They all are topmodels. They have worked hard to represent the Czech Republic in the world of fashion and glamour.
Most of the girls featured on this page are former contestants of the Czech Beauty competion called Miss Czech Republic.

Tatana Kuchařová – 23.12.1987
She is very beautiful and hot. She represents the Czech Republic and is world reknowned. Tatana won Miss World in 2006 in Warszava.
She is very involved in Charity.
Whille she was a Miss World she traveled around the World and raised money for people in need. Her pet project is called „Beauty with a Purpose“ At the moment she studies at university and from 2008 she is the President of Miss Czech Republic.

Eva Herzigová
Eva Herzigová – 10.03.1973
She is a supermodel. She was born in Litvínov, Czech Republic. She works around the world.
Her first appearance was for Wonderbra, then for the Guess- trade mark for jeans. Eva also appeared in Victoria’s secret catalogue.
She was married to Tico Torres from Bon Jovi, but they broke up in 1998. After that she born a child George in Paris. She is very famous and succesfull all over the world.

Tereza Maxová – 31.08.1971
She was born in Pardubice, Czech Republic. As every model she started working in Prague. After Velvet Revolution in 1989 she travelled together with her friend Eva Herzigová to Paris for work. Her beautifull face helped her to become a sought after model. She worked with all of the biggest names in modelling such as Patrik Demarchelier, Maria Testina and Peter Lindberg. You could see her face on a front page of British Vogue, Elle, Marie Claire or Glamour.
She walked on stage for Dior, Chanell, Prada, Gucci and many more.
Nowadays she is very involved in a charity. Her foundation is ambassador for 16000 children in Czech Republic. She is also a mother, that is why she is so involved helping abandoned children.
Helena Houdová
Helena Houdová – 27.12.1979
Born in Plzen. She is the great example to me. She is beautifull and very caring person. Helena worked as every model for Dior, Prada and so on. She was also a front page cover of Elle, Vogue etc.
Helena is a beautiful model who always been close to children. At the moment she is living together with her child and partner in Prague/ New York. She is a founder of a project „Sunflowerchildren“
I love this project. She helps children around a world to be able to study. Helena believes school is the most important for children to get a better future. So with her project, they build schools in Africa, India and another places around the world.

Iva Kubelková – 08.05.1977
Iva was born in Písek, Czech Republic. Iva is a model, tv presenter, actress. In a past she was a girlfriend of Jaromír Jágr. She has 1 child, father is unknown. She is a well known celebrity in Czech Republic. nowadays she is rather better known as an actress than a model. She does not play in movies but in theatre.

Born in Havířov, Czech Republic. After a Velvet revolution in 1989 travelled to Paris for a Madison models agency as a new face. She was a cover of many worldwide known magazines such Elle, Marie Claire, L’Oficiel, Madame Figaro, Biba, Cosmopolitan or Maxim.
She posed for photographers such Helmut Newton, Patrik Demarchelier, Bethina Rheims, Andre Rau, Albert Watson a Gilles Bensimon. On stage she worked for Yves Saint Laurent,Thierry Mugler, MAX MARA, Claude Montana,Castelbalzac. She works a lot. She is still an active model and very famous in Czech and world wide.

Alena Šeredová
Alena Šeredová – 21.03.1978
Alena was born and spent her childhood in Prague. Well known czech photographer Mr. Jadran Šetlík took first pictures of her when she was 15 years old. In 1998 she achieved a 4th place in a Miss Universe. When she was 17 years old she went working in Greece and Italy. In 2002 she was awarded in Italy as a new face of TV. Over in Italy she works as a TV presenter. She is still working as a model, but her activities on TV are her interests. She has a child with Gianluigi Buffonem named Luis Thomas. She lives in Itally and she is a celebrity there. Hunted by paparazzi all of the time. Quitet often she comes to Prague to visit her family. Personally I like her so much.
Petra Němcová
Petra Němcová – 24.06.1979
Petra was born in Karviná, Czech Republic. She always wanted to be a top model. Her career started in 1995 after she won Elite Model Look contest in Czech Republic. As a winner, she got a contract and travelled to Milan. In 2003 she won a titul Model of the year in the magazine Sports Illustrated. Later in 2004 she was one of the judges of Miss Universe. The same year she was injured and her boyfriend Simon Atlee died in Thailand caused by tsunami. After she recovered she dated with James Blunt and who knows with whom. In 2005 she established foundation called Happy Hearts Found. She is a supermodel working!
Monika Žídková
Monika Žídková – 1977
Born in Kravaře close to Opava. She won prestige when she won the beauty contest Miss Europe in 1995. She has such a nice smile and looks very young. She worked as a model for couple of years and now, she is a full time mother. She has 2 children. A boy named David and a girl named Nikole.
Together with her husband they own a cosmetic company. She is not so much involved in modeling lately. She was a contestant of a czech version of Star dance on national TV.

Tereza helped me film a documentary about a home in Prague for abandoned children with severe disabilities, of which she was patron, in the 1990s. A very nice lady.
