Have you ever thought why there are so many single people around.
Being without partner can be really destructive and depressing from time to time. Being single means that you don’t have a partner to share all the love you possibly can.
I am single. As a single person I was thinking of all the good reasons Why I should stay single.

1/ You don‘t need to lie about your nights out parties or have to worry about getting home in the early hours that someone will be waiting, angry that you are so late.
You can dance, talk and have fun with anyone you like. As you are single you do not need to explain yourself to anyone What you have done and with whom. You are free to clubbing as much as you wish.
2/ You pay just one dinner
Well, you will be eating alone but there is a high chance of meeting someone. Maybe your eyes get distracted by a handsome man or a lady. Apart from that you can enjoy a double meal without worrying what other people things about your eating manners.
3/ The bed is all yours.
There is no better feeling than enjoying a large bed alone. Your duvet will be just yours and you can even fart in your bed as much as you wish!
4/ After party awaking
After a long party you wake up feeling like a frog. There is no one to see you, so you not need to careabout what you look like.
5/ Chocolate
You can eat as much chocolate as you wish. There is no one to stop you. The right person got out of your life, so there is no one to tell you about putting on some weight.
6/ Shaving- especially for men
You don’t need to shave as often when you are single. You want to become a hairy monkey? Then go for it.
7/ Air freshners
You do not need them if you live alone. Your house can smell the way you like it. There is no one with you to complain about the smell!
8/ Shopping
Girls we love shopping. Whille you are single there is no one to telling you What you should buy or not. Shopping is also a good chance for meeting someone really adorable. Ladies if you spot a man enjoying shopping-go and get him! Shopping partners are always good.
9/ Wellness
As a single person you can enjoy wellness. Have a fun with cosmetics, get a massage, enjoy a swim or play golf. Just please yourself.
10/ Decorate your house
While you are single you can decorate your house just the way that you want to, you love those bright bold patterns then go for it without wondering if your other half likes it or not.

To clean your house takes a less time as there is only you creating the mess. Be happy you do not have a partner as you would be cleaning twice as much.
15/ Cinema
Yeah, you just go to cinema whenever you wish. You are lucky as you are the one Who is choosing a movie to watch.
16/ Mother
You can talk to your mother as much as you wish and how many time as you need. Mother will be very happy for you to call her as many times as mother’s usually requires.
17/ Mobile phone
You don’t need to keep deleting your messages from your mobile anymore. There is not a sneaky partner around Who would read them all.
18/ Love
You can laugh and make jokes about people in love and pretend that you are not interested in love.
19/ Make your love profile on internet
You can hunt love on internet. Make a profile and start to chat. It is so much fun!
20/ Travel
Whille you are single, travel. You can travel anywhere you like. There is nothing to stop you.
Being single does have its advantages but there is nothing to compare to being in a loving caring relationship but before you find the person of your dreams enjoy your single life to it’s fullest after all life is short and you only get the chance to live it once.

I know what you mean. Well I got used to be alone so much. I am in such a mess these days and I just feel that finding someone I would love will make things only harder. Most men are strong in words but not in acts. No need that!

Thanks Lizzy, I hope all is well with you. I always believed that the very best thing I did in my life was to get married...and for thirty years it was. That said then the second best thing I did in my life was to separate and then divorce. Single life is/was wonderful and I share your reasons for being so... one extra - As a traveler I am answerable to no-one and choose to stay or move when I want and change my mind several times within a minute, or an hour.
The cinema thing is a bit awkward. I don't really care what people think but as a single man in a cinema you do get some odd looks and approaches. Puts me off.
I am still single, sort of... in a very complicated relationship with more than one person. It has all the benefits of being single with the advantages of being attached. Sadly though it brings with it some of the complications too. I don't cheat on my partners. They are in full knowledge of each other. I lead nobody on.
Mostly though I am alone. I am happy in my own company but loneliness is a lurker that I need to fight off at times.

All I tried to present here is the fact-Being single does not always means the end of the world. In a stage of my life at the moment, any relationship would make it hard for me. I am focused now on fighting with my sickness. So I really do not want a caring man calling me-Hello sweety are you alright? Di the doctors said it's gonna be fine? every hour to make sure I am fine.
I am more depressed now then ever so I just need to settle a bit and find myself again. To make someone happy means I need to be stronger, which I am not at the moment, so I rather not rushing into any kind of relationship.
I agree with your hub!! Ya know... Most of the happiest people I know are single.

I think I cracked a smile when I read Groupsex. Almost all the Reasons was kinda true, but people are very diffrent. I think the number 16 (Mother) was kinda a strage, but it could depend on what you are doing, and when she is calling.

Most of things I do alone. You know, when you are with someone who needs your fulltime attention, you would really enjoy being alone for a few days.

Actually sharing a bed is one of the best things about not being single for me. I enjoy knowing there is someone next to me and like the company.

This post made me smile, feels good to know there's people who think like me lol, I was in a really awful relationship with someone mega jealous and I was having problems with her ex, I felt sooooo free again when I got out of that and got my life back again, no problems, club when I want, sleep in my huge bed (that part gets lonely) unless I meet someone at a club, talk to my mom as much as I want lol, make purchases on new technology I probably don't need but no 1 to tell me not too! And I went back to college. Feels so good! More time for me. Will not be getting in a new relationship anytime soon!

i believe being single is better as you always have issues of one sort or another in a relationship and observing others and myself..when in pangs for a partner the fun is always short lived, great wwen it happens but end too soon thn the problems creep in. its not worth it. nothing wrong with being single and friends can compensate for love, can get hugs from guys wit no strings, and i find guys do much more for you as friends thn lovers.
it is nice having someone there but its not the be all and end all, you can stil have ppl there of opposite sex in a platonic manner. and could have been great friendships get ruined when u get together wit someone that u could have been great life long friends with if you hadnt had a relationship with them. i love being single and very happy esp when i see my mates going thro tribulations jus to keep one!
